What does it include?
12-week training plan tailored specifically to your level, needs, and goals. With videos and an explanation of each exercise. Don't expect a typical strength training plan; my methodology is unconventional but 100% effective. The exercise selection will be specifically tailored to you and your personal fitness level, based on the results of the initial assessment and your personal history.
I have a 24/7 WhatsApp line open so you can ask any questions, send videos for corrections, and keep us up to date on everything relevant to your process. This step is the most important, since it's through the information you provide me and your commitment to the movement that you will achieve your goals. The only effective training plan is one that is DONE PERIODICALLY. I will be here to support you, and the pace at which you progress will be directly proportional to the quantity and quality of the information you give me.
Through the videos you'll send me weekly via WhatsApp, which I'll use to correct you and ensure your performance is within the correct parameters, we'll choose a session to do together when the time comes for the checkup (this time varies depending on the plan you choose), where you can clear up any questions about specific exercises and train together to monitor your progress.

How does it work once you pay?


Program
Between 4 and 7 days after the meeting, you will receive your 12-week plan in your email ready for you to begin your training.
Continuity
This step is VITAL to ensure the most personalized progress possible. Throughout your 12-week process, you'll have direct communication with me to answer any questions, send videos for corrections, and we'll discuss more specific tasks for your own process if necessary. And as I always say, the more feedback, the more specific your planning.
Initial Evaluation
Once you have submitted the form with your information and arranged an interview, we will have an initial meeting (only for the <Body Mastery> and <Conscious Development> packages) where we will conduct an initial assessment that will be of primary use for personalized planning.
Control
Every so often, which varies depending on the package requested, we will have a session together where you can clarify all your doubts, we will train together to analyze that everything is going as planned, and we will discuss everything relevant to your own process.
FAQs
Is this a gym routine?
No, it's personalized support to help you regain your connection with your body. You decide WHERE you're going to do it. It can be a gym, your home, or outdoors. The mentoring adapts to your environment and/or helps you build one.
Do I need many elements to be able to do it?
Not really. Your own body is enough. From there, depending on your personal goals, I might recommend purchasing items like resistance bands, balls, functional elements, or doing it in a specific space like a gym. But all of this is ACCESSORY; all you need is your body, willpower, and complete willingness to get started.
What makes it different from any other plan?
From the muscular perspective, you'll work holistically, more closely resonating with the demands your body requires in its daily life. But it's not just about muscle work. You'll discover tools to manage your emotions through your body, how to use writing to find balance in your thoughts, and how to connect and understand your body in a multifaceted way.
I've never done any physical activity, I'm afraid of doing it online and getting injured.
And that fear is perfectly normal, and it's good that it exists. It will keep you alert throughout the entire process. Constant and honest communication is important to avoid injuries or malpractice. Your process is yours, unique, and unrepeatable. To select the right exercises, I always need your honesty and transparency. If it's too difficult, to choose the appropriate regression and take care of your health. If it's too easy, to find a progression that continues to challenge you within executable parameters. Communication with me, as well as internal listening to your body, are the tools we will use and progressively fine-tune together to always avoid any type of injury.
How do I know if this mentorship is for me?
It's for you if you know the importance of movement in your life, if you want to live each day without pain and have an autonomous body that responds to any demand you place on it. Knowing your own limits and challenging them if you so choose.
Does this service include a nutritional plan?
No, I'm not professionally qualified to give you precise nutrition advice. I can advise you on which foods would be best. And depending on your geographic location, I could also recommend nutritionists I trust who can better understand your specific situation.
If I can't continue with the program, is there a refund or suspension of service?
No, that's why your commitment and responsibility are IMPORTANT, not only to me, but to you as well. It's an investment in your body, mind, and spirit. Service is not suspended except in extremely unforeseen circumstances, and there are no refunds.
