"The first step towards freedom is to realize that one is a slave to one's own habits. He who does not realize his slavery cannot be free"

Who am I?

The most important thing you have to know about me is that I am not a conventional coach; I also do not consider that the word COACH is the one that best defines me, because I also consider that defining oneself is limiting oneself. And I am, above all things, an unlimited being, constantly expanding, constantly learning. I am an eternal and curious learner, seeking to share my knowledge with the world.

In my childhood home, movement was not an explicit, talked about, taught topic. It was not the focus where the dialogue occurred. But at the same time, my father was a soccer player, and my sister danced folk dances. So I attest that that's where my interest, my curiosity, came from.

Curiosity which led me to practice different sports, where I was able to explore movement until I found the path that resonated with me. That personal path was martial arts.

Today I am still a martial artist, but transpolating that martiality not only to movement but to my philosophy of life.

I am someone who sees the body as an integration of multiple parts, we cannot separate body from mind, from emotion, from spirit. And I maintain that trying to isolate these parts only leads to an incomplete work. Both the training itself and self-knowledge. And I believe that the latter is the most important thing that we must acquire through the movement: SELF-KNOWLEDGE. Move to feel. Feel to know yourself. Know yourself to heal. Heal to live fully. Live fully to always continue learning and enjoying life.

I always was and am very analytical of the movement itself. I am a senior technician in physical activities with a focus on bodybuilding and personalized training, but I also consider that a degree is just a piece of paper, and that the important thing is how the acquired knowledge is used.

It is also important that you know that I am a nomad, I have been traveling the world for 7 years now. This is giving me a broader vision of life, of knowledge, day by day, and the more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. I am also nomadic because I am not sedentary. And although sedentary lifestyle gave us and offers us many possibilities, this change from nomadism to sedentary lifestyle progressively took away the need to move to survive. Currently our life has become very comfortable, but our biology continues to require movement to function optimally. And that is why I travel promoting movement, because through it we heal, we get to know ourselves, we have fun, we connect with others and with our own body.

I am passionate about knowledge in general, I like to learn, I like to acquire knowledge and make it pass through the body. I absorb what is useful, discard what is not, and add a pinch of my experience to everything I learn. I consider it extremely important to always continue learning and not believe that you are the owner of the truth. I am a constant dissident of everything. And that always leads me to new horizons, new knowledge. I believe that the brain has to be used until the last day, learning something new maintains its plasticity and prevents it from rotting. Especially in current contexts, where the technology that surrounds us gives us the possibility of not using our brain if necessary. And that is the biggest wake-up call I perceive. And the one that forces me to move, to share knowledge, to promote movement as a primary means of connection with ourselves.

Our body is our first home, we came into this world and it was given to us, and it has no replacement, therefore we have to take care of it, know it, understand it, love it, respect it. Body awareness is VITAL. Within our body is the solution to every disease.

Today many people question how to extend life, but they do not always stop to analyze its QUALITY. That is why I consider the integral movement of our body, mind and spirit to be important, and to listen responsibly to what the body transmits to us. And so live each day fully, with integrity, with PRESENCE.

In conclusion

I am a movement and health mentor, and my purpose is to help more people regain connection with their own body through integrative teaching. I will never work with two people in the same way, because each human being is unique and unrepeatable. And although there are basic principles that govern all bodies equally, I consider that our history is imprinted on our body. Everything we experience is housed in it in some way. And my mission is to help you recognize that history, heal what is needed, enhance what is good for you, and become more aware every day of the temple that you are blessed to inhabit.

If you made it this far it is because you resonate with what I say, and I thank you with all my heart. I will be very happy to meet you, and to help you recover your link with your body and movement. I believe that loving yourself is the first step to living a fulfilling life. And from my own experience I know that sometimes it is difficult to be in love with ourselves. And it is my mission to help you recover that love for you.

Nowadays, thanks to the technology that surrounds us, we are increasingly distracted and distracted, focusing our attention on screens, lights, and a multitude of stimuli.

Every day I see many distracted, stressed people, running around without even taking the time to breathe. Working long hours, in debt, immersed in a system that benefits them on one hand and keeps them distracted on the other.

According to the book "The Brain of the Future" we are in the AGE OF DISTRACTION

I'm not saying it's easy to escape this vortex. But I do think it's important to regain our attention. Where we focus our attention, we focus our lives.

Are you investing it in what nourishes you or giving it away to what drains you?

Throughout my life, I've seen people who, when their body pain arises, turn to a doctor for treatment. Whether it's with a few physical therapy sessions or some medication. They're always looking to eliminate the pain as quickly as possible so they can get on with their lives. Within that same group are people who only do five out of 10 physical therapy sessions, or as many as they can manage to make the pain go away.

After years of exploration, learning, trial and error, self-discovery, and always asking the WHY of everything, I developed a methodology that reconnects you with your true self. Restoring your autonomy, knowledge, and balance within yourself.

It's vital that we regain that connection with our bodies, understand them, listen to them, get out of the autopilot mode we're immersed in, and give them the attention they're asking for. We address that pain, understand it, and find the tools to banish it forever. Or at least have a clear movement strategy to minimize the pain.

From my experience, I believe it's extremely important to reconnect with our bodies. If pain arises, we should seek its root cause, analyze our movements, and find where the pain originates. Sometimes it's a bad posture, an old injury we haven't treated properly. Sometimes it's not directly related to the physical, and the root of the pain stems from the emotional.

That self-knowledge is important. Imagine you were born and given a brand-new race car, and you only use it in first gear, unaware of its potential. That's your body, a diamond in the rough, begging to be known and understood,

work on it. Since you won't have another body when this one breaks down, the best decision you can make is to care for it in a holistic way. Be aware of how you move it, how you nourish it, both through food and thought. How you let your emotions flow and how you can better manage them through movement.

My dream in this life

Is to be able to help many people regain their connection with their bodies. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Along my journey, I realized that my purpose in life is to heal, first myself, and then everyone else who is willing.

My purpose is to be a driving force for change in the lives of many people. Not by considering myself knowledgeable in all the tools, but by having the empathy and sincere listening skills to help you find that healing within yourself.

Because I know that healing is within, not without.

Every day I see people so disconnected from themselves, and that drives me to want to help. But I also know for a fact that my purpose is limited only to helping those who want to be helped. That's why I created this space where you can find me, and through my method, you can re-discover yourself.
